CORT’s furniture is rent to rent. You have the option to pick out what furniture you would like. CORT will deliver the furniture, set it up, and when you are done take it away. You can rent for any amount of time. If you keep your furniture longer than your lease it will automatically go month to month with no extra charge. If there is an item you want to keep at the end of the lease there is a buy out option.
CORT has different packages to meet everyone’s budget. They offer special discounted packages for students and military personnel. The packages can be customized to meet everyone’s needs. CORT can furnish the home down to the silverware and the bedding. Just like with our leases, the leases with CORT vary based on the lease term. The longer term lease, the less expensive the price is.
We offer both self-guided tours and personally guided tours at no charge.
We recommend appointments, but are happy to accept walk-ins based on availability. We also offer self-guided tours 7 days a week, including evenings and holidays.
Your inquiries are important to us, so please stop by our office if you have any questions or concerns. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
We encourage you to use our easy, online application. The fee is $50 per adult applicant (waived for spouses). You will need your current ID and income information to complete the application.
Most applications are processed within hours, but it may take a couple of days for screening results to be returned.
There is a $300 hold/security deposit, which goes toward your refundable security deposit when you move in.
We would love to be your first apartment home, and will help you every step of the way. Sometimes the security deposit may be higher if there is little credit and/or rental history.
We accept online payments using bank account draft, debit cards and credit cards.
It's easy to set up payments in our online resident portal. Ask our leasing team if you need assistance.
There is a fee of $8.50 per month for water and sewer billing service. We do not have parking fees or trash fees, and your country club social membership is complimentary.
Renter's insurance is required per the Lease Agreement, and instructions will be sent to you when your application is approved. Most policies cost less than $15 per month.
Trash removal is included. Residents are responsible for water/sewer, gas/electric, and any internet, TV, or phone service.
We set up your water/sewer billing for you. For gas and electric, we will show you how to easily start the billing using Duke Energy's online portal.
We recommend Altafiber, and some of our residents use Spectrum or Verizon.
We will give your friend a $250 credit on the resdident account once you move in.
Contact the office if the guests will be staying for an extended time and/or for parking recommendations. For amenities, the country club will help you with their guest policy.
The rent price may vary by length of term selected. We will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
Security deposits do not transfer from one community to another.
Subletting is not permitted per the Lease Agreement.
Early termination provisions are outlined in the Lease Agreement. Contact our office to review your options if needed or if you have any questions.
At this time, we offer terms from 6 months up to 15 months.
We lease to individuals and will accept payment from another entity.
Residents receive most notifications via email blasts. We are happy to use the communication method you are most comfortable with.
While we do expect rent to be paid on time, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen. That's why we offer a grace period for late payments: The grace period allows until the 5th day of the month, after which a late fee will be applied.

Maintenance
Your apartment will be spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. We have been upgrading light fixtures, blinds, and flooring as well.
We have full-time, on-site maintenance as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call.
Place your work order online and it will go right into our queue. Call for urgent matters.
During regular business hours, the technician will knock first and then complete your work order. If you have access instructions or preferences, you may note those when placing the request.
You to not need to be home unless you prefer to be.
During regular business hours, we can assist you. Outside of business hours, contact a locksmith (per company policy).
Feel free to personalize your space. Remember, when you do leave, that your apartment must be the same as when you moved in (except for normal wear and tear).
Location
We are off of Butler-Warren Road, just north of Liberty Way. Take the entrance to the country club and make a right just after entering. Our leasing center will be on your right.
Our community lies between Bethany Road and Liberty Way, off of Butler Warren Road.
We are near many restaurants, stores, attractions and excellent medical facilities.
Our community is located in the Lakota East School District.
We recommend Voice of America Park, just down the street.
The Voice of America Park has walking, running and biking trails.
Residents shop at Liberty Center (Dillards), Tylersville Road (Kroger/Meijer/Target), and Cincinnati-Dayton Road (Walmart).
The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, located about 2 miles from the property.
Amenities

The fitness center is open every day from 5 am to 10 pm.
The fitness center has a variety of equipment including treadmills, steppers, elliptical machines, weight machines, and free weights.
Our Rules and Regulations state that a resident may not disturb others, so discretion is key. There are no fees to use our common spaces.
Our residents receive a complimentary membership at the Four Bridges Country Club, which includes use of the fitness center, swimming pools, raquet sports, lounge/dining and social events.
We have plenty of parking, and have garages available to rent as well. Contact us for more information.
Every apartment has washer/dryer connections inside the apartment for your convenience.
Standard appliances include a refrigerator with an ice maker, self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher.
We do not offer furnished apartments, but Cort Furniture, with their showroom nearby, offers excellent apartment packages. Ask us for more information.
Packages are normally delivered to your door. We will help with delivery of packages at your request.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet friendly. Please contact us for more information on our pet policy.
The pet fee is $35 per month per pet, up to two pets per apartment. There is a $150 one-time fee and a $150 refundable pet deposit. We have breed restrictions, so please contact us if you have any questions.
Pets must be under 50 pounds, and breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.
We have open spaces to walk and play with your pets. We also have conveniently placed waste stations.
